Overview

Fixing agent improves color fastness of dyed fabric, reduce damage to dye structure and making the textiles meet the color fastness requirements of high-quality products.

Chemistry of Fixing agent from SinoSil includes Small molecule quaternary ammonium salts, polyamines, waterborne polyurethanes, epichlorohydrin derivatives. These chemistry give fixing function under different senario.

AFA40: phenol bisphenol FREE acid fixing agent designed for wool, nylon, silk, leather and other fibers

Greatly improve washing fastness, perspiration fastness
Fixes color at a lower temperature and can reduce energy consumption.
Good (recommended process) effective, basically equivalent to traditional acid fixing agents.
Bisphenol, phenol, formaldehyde free, environmentally friendly

RCP-59: phenol bisphenol free fixing agent designed for reactive dyes, disperse dyes, direct dyes, etc. (cotton or blended fabrics)

Good washing fastness and negligible shade fades that efficiently prevents low stripping and shade change.
Negligible shade changes that do not affect fabric original shades.
