An Antibacterial Hygiene Finishing Agent, Antimicrobial treatment provides additional protection, better hygiene and reduced odor, as any adhered bacteria are deactivated and unable to grow.

X-3011G is is a silver ion antimicrobial agent, which releases silver ions onto textiles slowly through the action of a special polymer, effectively controlling the growth of microorganisms and the generation of odor, providing a long-lasting antimicrobial and refreshing effect to the substrate and maintaining the health of the user. It has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, widely used in clothing, bedding, carpets and medical applications.

  •  The rate of bacterium restraining to gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, and fungi, etc., is above 99%.

  • Has broad spectrum activity to control odor production.

  • Releases silver ions slowly to prevent tarnishing and typical depletion of other silver products.

  • The product is with good safety, harmless to human body and evironment.

  • No negative influence on whiteness, shade, fiber strength, hand feel and air-permeability.

X-3015N is durable antiviral and anti-bacterial finishing agent, can be used for anti-bacterial treatment of cotton, polyester, nylon fabric and nonwovens. Besides be an antiviral agent, it also has a broad-spectrum antibacterial performance, effectively control the microbial growth and odor generation, confers treated fabric a durable freshness, the product can be used widely in clothing, towels, bedding, wet napkins, and nonwovens.

  • The rate of bacterium restraining to grampositive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, and fungi, etc., is above 99%, the product passed FZ/T73023 AAA test.

  • By attacking the encapsulation of protein and polysaccharide, to achieve the effect of virus inactivation, and the killing rate of influenza A(H1N1) and H3N2 above 99%.

  • For cotton and CVC fabrics, at or below 50°C, resist 20 to 50 times washing.

  • The product is with good safety, harmless to human body, complys with GB/T31713 standards, LD50(oral) >5000mg/kg (Rat).

  • No negative influence on whiteness, shade, fiber strength, handle and air-permeability.

X-3013D is a durable broad-spectrum anti-bacterial and anti-mites repellent agent, used for anti-mite and anti-bacterial finishing of polyester, cotton, nylon and their blended fabrics. It has a very high repellent rate for dust mites, gamma mites, chiggers, and demodex mites. It also has an effective function of inhibiting and killing bacteria. It can be widely used in clothing, towels, bedding, non-woven fabrics and other fields.

  • The repellent rate for dust mites, leather mites, chiggers and demodex can reach up to 95%

  • Have strong inhibitory and killing effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pneumoniae

  • It has active groups that combine with the hydroxyl and amino groups on the fiber, so it has excellent washing resistance.
