Epoxy double sealing agent is key raw material to produce end-epoxy silicone oil. Through reaction of epoxy groups at both ends with active groups on polymer chain, effective bonding between organic materials and inorganic fillers (such as glass fiber, mineral fillers) is achieved, thereby improving mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties and heat resistance of composite materials.

Application

• Used as a crosslinker, anti-sticking agent and plasticizer for silicone rubber and silicone. It can also be used in lubricants, coatings, packaging materials and other fields.
• Used as functional finishing agent to improve water & chemical resistance and softness of fabrics, and enhance bonding between fibers and other coatings or dyes.
• In certain personal care products, used as an emulsion stabilizer or crosslinking component to help improve texture and stability of the product.
• In high-performance coatings and adhesive formulations, helps improve adhesion, weather & chemical resistance of the coating.
