C8 WATER OIL REPELLENT

C8 water repellent from Chevell provides durable water repellency (DWR), oil repellency and stain release properties to textiles and nonwovens, while maintaining breathability and the original soft hand of the fabric.

Our testing standards

  • Water repellency: AATCC 22 spray test
  • Oil repellency: AATCC-118
  • All tests are performed in our Oss laboratory on standardized fabrics.
    *Performance can differ from fabric to fabric.

Product grades

C8R-39C C8 water repellent hydrophobing agent for oil, soil and water repellent finishes for all fibre types. Good spatial stability and can be used in the same bath with various functional auxiliaries, with little impact on water and oil repellency and good water and oil repellency enhancement.

  • Good waterproof and oil-proof properties on cotton, polyester and nylon fabrics, good general performance.
  • Little impact on the color change.
  • Good stability and continuous performance is great.
  • Good stability and will not stick to the roller during regular use.
